Stewed Qued and Tattooed

Stewed Qued and Tattooed is the brainchild of Craig Lutcza, Fascinated by the fine art of ink, beer, and pork, Craig set out to create what has now become a family business known to locals as the Q???s. The Team consists of Craig (The Enforcer), Big Al (the fire Starter), his Cousin Brian (Big Money), Uncle Ross (the bartender), and little Bro Tim (the pledge).

Though relatively new to the BBQ scene, Stewed Qued and Tattooed have been moving up in placements at KCBS competitions and have place in the top 10 in multiple categories and placed 1st in chefs choice at Que By The Sea 2009.

Stewed Qued and Tattooed takes pride in quality turn-ins, products, family, competition, ink, suds, muffin tops, and, local supporters.
